LABOUR LAW

Lawyers of our Bureau have wide experience of work with Russian companies in all the spheres of labor law and migration law.

Our specialists regularly advise the management of the companies on structuring labour relationships with employees, take part in preparation of programs of long-term stimulation of staff, and give comments concerning application of global option agreements, taking legal requirements into account.

The bureau helps to optimize the personnel number, resolves difficult questions, which employers face in case of change or termination of employment contracts, it carries out the audit of documents on staff and represents the companies’ interests during the checks of state labour inspection, employment service bodies and migratory bodies.

We have considerable experience of interaction with trade-union organizations, our lawyers advise the employers during collective negotiations and disputes.
